They were still renovating while we were there. We were in rooms not jet done. It was still nice and clean. Beds were not hard nor soft but did have a quilt topper. A steeper slope to the river. Over all I was pleased with stay. Oh no elevators so if you have mobility issues stay on lower floors. A few steps up to the dining area

The staff is very friendly, very clean facility. They are remodeling all of the rooms and they are looking very nice. They need to step up their breakfast a little, but otherwise it’s a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Our room had the King suite with the jetted tub and it was nice. The river view on the balcony was so beautiful and peaceful. Our room was clean. The staff were super nice. We were there during renovations but it was quiet. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished product! They’re supposed to be upgrading all of the rooms which will help with the smoking rooms and new jetted tubs which will be even better. The parking was a little frustrating bc of the renovations but not bad. Breakfast we didn’t eat there. I would stay again.

Staff greeted us with smiles. Hotel was going through some remodel in the lobby with a beautiful center of the room fireplace. The balcony views from our room was beautiful and relaxing. It was not in the center of town with all the hustle and bustle which I enjoyed but still very close to everything. This wasn’t a very planned trip just a very last minute mountain ride with overnight stay so we were very satisfied with our choice!

Our room was a little dated but they were renovating. It had a musty smell. The staff were friendly and were very quick to respond when we had no remote for the TV. The continental breakfast area was remodeled and very nice. All in all for the money it was okay.

First let me say the room was clean and I didn't see any bugs, so those things are very important. The lady who checked me in was friendly. However there were some things that need to be improved. Construction/upgrading was going on, and I know that is necessary, but we were not aware, so you may want to check before you go. A lot of the parking lot was taken up with materials and vehicles. Breakfast was very disappointing because I had stayed at another BW in June and the breakfast was great. This one was very minimal and no protein at all. It was all bread and very little of it. We also had a shaky rail on the balcony, a very low pressure shower, a TV that got only Fox News and no other channels, and a gap between the door frame and the door, as well as a crack near the ceiling where you could see the bathroom light from the bedroom. Hopefully the upgrades they are working on will fix some of these issues, and maybe the lack of breakfast was because of construction? But I feel we should have known, and gotten a discount since it was under construction. It worked for the weekend for us, but I would definitely ask some questions before you book.
