The convenience of location, the size/layout of the house and the beauty of the property made it the perfect place to come home and relax from long baseball days! We will come back when our younger son plays here! ”

“Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan. “Used for our 12U baseball tournament at Cooperstown Breams Park. 8 minute drive in reverse traffic. Wouldn’t classify as a luxury stay but perfect for a place to sleep while going to baseball games. Comfortable and large backyard perfect for whiffle ball games. 1 king bed with pull out sofa and air mattress. A/C was sufficient. Best part is how unique the property is with all the baseball paraphernalia on the walls. TVs are dated and not smart TVs but does have the normal local channels. Overall……
