"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was infested with roaches, which made it completely uncomfortable. I purchased a can of Raid, hoping it would help, but within less than a day, the entire can was used up with no noticeable improvement. I immediately informed the receptionist about the issue, but her responses were consistently hostile and dismissive, as if she didn’t care about my concerns. When I decided to check out and requested a refund for the remaining nights, she only offered to refund me for one night, despite having booked and paid for two rooms. This experience was highly unsatisfactory and unacceptable."

" The hotel don have a really breakfast, only fruits, coffe, te and muffins, the elevator out of service, one door open all time and any security becuase this door ia to the back of hotel, i reuqest clean an change towells.. never clean and only put a few towels on the washbasin, never removed the trash... terrible "
