His exceptional interactions with us continued throughout our stay! Also, the hotel service staff were all very friendly, kind and efficient! The hotel facilities were awesome in every way: looked new, clean, fresh and bright with great amenities! We were very happy with our handicap-friendly room features! A perfect Five……

“Room was very gross. Shoes would stick to the floor. TV remote did not work. The front door looked like the police kicked it in and also the bathroom door. The bathroom had cockroach bait all around the sink. The sink has burn marks from cigarettes and it looked like someone took a razor blade to the sink as well. Bed was not comfortable. Pillows were very small in size. No coffee maker. I paid for two days but left after the 1st night.”
