"The room was for my friend. I booked a room for her last year, too The rooms are always clean and in good condition. She says the staff is very helpful. This hotel is only a few minutes walk to my office. It is very convenient to go down the nearby central escalator and walk down into the central district of the city. Also lots of small restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries along the way. Also five minutes from the hotel there are 2 major supermarkets. The hotel price is also good for a good location in Hong Kong. Taxis always available, minibus, and a hotel bus into town."

"Great hotel! Staff are awesome and SO excellent with children. While waiting for the bus to the park (they arrive every 15mins) one attendant quickly made some custom badges for our children which they adored. Room was great, Comfy bed, Good water filter/dispenser, Coffee Machine. Slippers. Cute note pads for the kids. Thank you Disney for the special experience."
