“Breakfast bad, cold food around 8am, not reloading food. Coffee and juices were out. Not impressed 😕 ”

“I accidentally booked this hotel which I believed to be in the area I was staying but it was a full day away. Called after 5 minutes and tried to get a hold of hotel a total of 8 times and no answers pretty unreliable for a hotel not to answer their own phone. Wasted 200$ and no refund . Would not want to stay here money hungry do not care about guests.”

“We have stayed here a couple times before and whenever we are in this area this is where we stay. Great staff, the place is clean and it's convenient to restaurants if you don't want to eat in the hotel restaurant. One thousand percent recommend.”

“The front desk person, Mona, came to the room and fixed the TV by switching the TV input to HDMI1, so I was able to watch the NBA western final game 2.”

“The hotel is great! The staff was very kind and helpful. We decided to stay an extra night and the girls were able to accommodate us. The pool is small but clean. My granddaughter loved it. The rooms are very clean with no smells of the people before you. The bed was some what comfortable my husband liked it, I always trave with an extra pad for my hips. We will definitely stay again when visiting my Son.”

“The room service is terrible we stayed there over 4 nights and they never even changed our sheets or anything and said that we had a do not disturb up at the door and also no towels for daily bathing nasty bathtub”

“It was shown cleaner and more up to date. The dishwasher pulled out of the hole when the door was opened. The shower had old tile and looked run down. The door to the room did not swing shut automatically. They switched my room and it was a little better but the shower still looked old and mildewy around the caulk. There were lights hanging out of the ceiling in the check in space. It was noisy with the waffle house right next door.”
