“Was given a room that was not cleaned-it appeared that someone was still in the room. Nice lady at the desk gave me another room. The bed was made (not sure the sheets were changed). The desk had water & stains on it, so asked to have it cleaned. She took care of that. Didn’t realize there were dirty towels in the bathroom until later, the floor wasn’t vacuumed & there was trash on the shelf. This room was not cleaned either. One and done, will never return.”

One room had no bed sheets on 1 bed on the other had urine soaked sheets or some bodily fluid that was brown on it. no toilet paper, no shampoo, no conditioner no towels no soap.
