"Front desk persons very friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional! They will make us come back!
Room was very clean and pressure of the water in the shower was great! Balcony view was great specially in the morning we saw Dolphins…beautiful!
So far our best experience in Panama City Beach! "
"I love the Graham. Perfect location and nice rooms and bathrooms. Love the rooftop bar. The breakfast spot is great too. The front desk staff are consistently not very friendly and seem annoyed by minor questions or requests and I've experienced this same thing on multiple stays at this hotel now so it would be nice if they were friendlier and seemed more interested in being friendly and helpful to guests. The front door guys/bell hops are really great though. "
"Staff at the front desk greeted me warmly. When I shared that it was my first time staying at the hotel (and I visit Washington DC about 12 times a year), I received an automatic upgrade! Free Peleton in the room allowed me to workout in the morning before a full day of meeting. the coffee in the room was SUPERB! Can't tell you how relaxing it is to have a cup of fresh brewed decaf - so delicious - before rest! I can't wait to bring my husband!"

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Excellent price, right downtown, and the rooms are beautiful— basically a full apartment with kitchen. The staff, especially Cheyla, went out of her way to help us and made sure our stay was perfect.
The room was secluded with a HUGE terrace — we honestly forgot we were in a hotel. We didn’t want to leave! "
