Had a beautiful stay at the Viceroy. Clean, well appointed rooms, trendy boutique feel with a seasonal rooftop pool with pool bar and restaurant service. Enjoyed immensely.

Very clean, safe & enjoyable. Only complaint was that on one of our days, no housekeepers came. We figured maybe it was not an everyday thing so it wasn’t something mentioned because everything else about our stay was perfect!

The valet parking when I arrived was not as smooth as I had anticipated. If you are not mid/upper class, you will not be treated the same. There were 2 newer, nicer cars behind us, they were helped and given carts to load belongings on…while my daughter and I STRUGGLED carrying, and almost dropping all of our belongings. We were also SUPER disappointed that the pool was closed because it had rained for about an hour, previously. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we made it to the pool this morning before we left. The pool area was beautiful and well kept. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful at checkout.

The property location was perfect. Staff at front desk very professional and thorough with their jobs especially during check out. The coffee shop breakfast quality needs improvement. Tables in the restaurant were not wiped down and had to go around the restaurant to find a clean table even though the restaurant was completely empty.

The staff at check in & out were extremely accommodating, friendly & welcoming. We enjoyed the rooftop bar as well as the morning cafe. Only suggestion would be to make sure you make the front hotel entrance wheelchair accessible - simple but necessary correction.

This is now by far my new favorite property in all of Washington DC we had such a great time. The staff was amazing, friendly very knowledgeable. We can’t wait for an extra return and our little four-legged babies. Love this property.

Rooftop pool and lounge were lovely. Pool was small and often filled with kids but a really nice perk nonetheless. Room was a nice size, location was fantastic and staff was lovely. Only complaint is parking overnight was expensive but likely comparable to local spots in the area. Would stay again!
