“Leuk huis dat onderverdeeld is in 4 appartementen. Dat haal je niet uit de advertentie, het lijkt dat je het voor je alleen hebt. Echt een gezellig Italiaans appartement met leuk zwembad. Dorp is 5 minuten lopen maar ligt verder best ver overal vandaan. Je bent al snel een uur onderweg naar een leuk plaatsje. Het dorp zelf is erg leuk met hele smalle stijle straatjes en tunneltjes. Geweldig uitzicht!”

Check-in trotz Sprachbarriere ohne Probleme, Google-Translate sei dank. Leider waren unsere Vormieter wohl nicht die genausten beim Spülen, die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs ließ zu wünschen übrig, sodass wir vorab alles neu gespült haben. Zudem sollte man Spülmittel und Toilettenpapier dabei haben, es war nur eine Rolle ToPa vorhanden und ein wenig Rest Spüli. Den……

“The house is a beautiful old Italian house with high ceilings with wooden beams and tiled floors. Everything in the house worked pedfectly- wifi, hot water, screens on the windows, kitchen and bath. The house is set in the midst of the Tuscan hills with hikes starting right from the front door. The grounds in the nature preserve are lovely with local plantings. “The apartment is very spacious with lots of antiques and has a home from home feel. It is about a 20 min walk into town, uphill in places but straight forward. Parking is tight so bring a small car 😊. The views across to the old town are great and the balcony space a plus.”

But Luca showed great flexibility and we were very happy, that we decided to go. The appartment was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. “Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Es gibt so viele tolle Städte, Strände und die wundervolle Landschaft mit all ihren Farben und Gerüchen in der direkten Umgebung zum Haus. In 15 bis 30 Minuten kann man mit dem Auto viele wirklich lohnenswerte Ziele erreichen. Auf dem Grundstück ist so gut wie nie Zivilisationslärm zu hören. Richtig gut zum abschalten. “I did not want to leave. Cheerful, stylish color pallet & decor. Good internet. Postcard views. Peaceful. Relaxing. Lovely outside terrace & pool. The quibbles-no television, no coffee machine, no microwave. Sofa & coffee table are more shabby than chic. Stains. Need replacing.”

“Der Bungalow war praktisch ausgestattet, wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, schöne grüne Umgebung! Der Spielplatz ist klein aber fein :) . Der Pool sah ebenso gut aus- wir konnten leider nicht ausprobieren, da das Wasser noch zu kalt war. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit! Danke für die hilfreichen Informationen und Tipps! Die Bushaltestellen sind unmittelbar. Der Bahnhof ist auch nicht weit weg. Auf Grund den teuren Parken……

“We had a lovely week-long stay in this property. It's located just outside the small village of San Dalmazio up a long, private dirt track. The property itself is spacious and rustic with plenty of amenities, including bikes, a barbecue and pizza oven. There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin).
