“The room was nothing short of fabulous. It was enormous, with high ceilings and windows that opened onto views of the countryside. The bathroom was fit for a king. Water pressure was good, and the shower temperature was constant. The bed was firm. Plenty of storage space. The pool was lovely. There are not too many guests, so there was more than enough room to sit and lounge in relative privacy. The staff were attentive and made excellent drinks. Das Haus hat viel Charme und vermittelt einen gepflegten, hochwertigen Eindruck, der der Hotelkategorie absolut gerecht wird. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Blick auf den Hafen, den wir von unserem Zimmer aus genießen konnten. “Die Lage und das Erscheinungsbild der Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Jedoch waren wir etwas enttäuscht, was unser Zimmer betraf. Die Räumlichkeit die wie für zwei Nächte hatten entsprach unserer Meinung keinem 4 Sterne Hotel. Es war wohl mal eine Garage gewesen. Das ist aber nicht der Punkt. Unser Toilettendeckel bzw. der Sitz war komplett locker. Nach Meldung bei der Rezeption hieß es, in 2 Stunden kommt jemand, dann doch nicht erst morgen und dann garnicht. Die Minibar die auf der eigenen……

“Matteo, Gaia, and Valentina were perfect hosts . Very professional , creating a friendly and kind atmosphere . The Location , a couple minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Massa. The WiFi was fine, the air condition , which during our stay with temperatures hovering around the 90 plus degrees , was a lifesaver , worked perfect .”

“There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.”

“非常棒，服務人員非常親切貼心，我們外出玩水回來洗完澡之後，馬上就有人來幫我們清理房間，隨時保持很舒適。 飯店的人員非常有禮貌，飯店的地理環境非常方便，前方就有一塊小海灘小朋友可以玩水，靠近老街可以逛。 可能是飯店的位置靠近海邊，所以自來水的水質有一點不夠清澈，但是沒有其他大問題。”

Unlike these new self-service hotels, this hotel is the example of how a hotel should be run, with staff who are readily available, a high-quality, broad-choice breakfast, decor that is tasteful and relaxing, and clean rooms with high ceilings in a solid building. I was concerned about the hotel being close to a main road, but the street noise was not as bad as I had thought it would be. The windows and building are solid enough to keep out most of the noise, and……
