“I had specifically booked an accessible room which showing a handicap insignia tells me that it is handicap which means a commode high enough for an adult to reach when sitting down and a walk in shower. When I registered I asked if it was handicapped and was told I booked hearing impaired. No where in the listing did it say hearing-impaired.
I will not be booking at Sleep Inn again.”
