The rooms were spacious, clean, and recently renovated. The property was well maintained. Every employee I spoke to was friendly. There is plenty of parking, and it is included in the cost. There were tons of employees in golf carts at all hours, creating many traffic hazards on the properties. There was often a massive backup at the gate from 2pm until after 7pm, as they would use the verified guest lane for non-guests who had to be verified, sometimes taking as long as 5 minutes per vehicle. I felt the $30/day “resort fee” was misleading. It did not include most amenities seen on the listing. It included things like WiFi (which was terrible) and the in-room safe (?). The water park prominently featured on the listing was not included or discounted, and costs $25 per day per person.

The pool is nice the water park is nice if it’s free. Staff was the best cant say nothing bad about staff…staff was awesome!!!!
