“This was definitely one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had. Everything was exactly as described; there was no trick photography making things look better than they are. This was the real deal and everything was beautiful and clean. It was also one of the best stocked VRBOs I’ve ever stayed at. When they say they have a chef’s kitchen, they really do. “My stay was great at the River Fly In. The room had everything I needed and will be somewhere we stay when we come back to the area with family. The common areas are great and the staff was very responsive when I had question. Would highly recommend. ”

“Very small. Adequate for one person but I'd hate to have to share with anyone, no matter how well you know them. The bathroom area is basically part of the entire room, with only a partial wall separating the space. Accessing the boat was challenging. You step from the dock across 12+" of open water to the boat. Not too bad, but you don't step straight across, you step over and down 12+", and you step on to a stair tread, the narrow end of a stair tread. Finding the resort and the boat……

“the place was perfect. great view of river. able to see SpaceX taking off. great pool but only 1 table with an umbrella. the bed in the master bedroom was concave in the middle and very difficult to get out of. only a blender was found - no crock pot or electric hand mixer. no great metal baking dishes. all in all I would stay there again but the kitchen could use more small appliances. also no kitchen hand towels. I had to use white ones from the bathroom”

“Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Just a short drive to the Space Center. After a long day at the Space Center we enjoyed dinner at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill - literally out the front door and around the corner. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone making a visit to the area. ”

“The heat was out at the unit. The staff were responsive, although the unit was not repaired during my stay. Otherwise, everything was as I expected. I have stayed at Cape Crossing in the past and always have a good time there. I love Dolphins tiki bar and restaurant. ”
