“Rooms left a lot to be desired. Floors were dirty. Walking from the bath to the bed, barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were black. Hot water was non-existent the night we arrived, however there was plenty the following morning. We bought towels at the Dollar General, so we would have decent towels. Rooms are noisy and neighbors can be heard easily. We won't be back.”

We complained it but the site manager told us we should wait till the sun down and we should expect the Texas summer to use the facility. “Our stay was very very pleasant the property owner was very responsive if issues arose which they didnt. It is a beautiful relaxing location especially by the pond.
