Great stay every time

Excellent and clean hotel. Breakfast was great and had a variety each morning, check in staff was awesome, housekeeping was awesome, and everyone was friendly. The filtered water was especially nice.

Very nice property! Friendly staff, clean, breakfast better than most and fresh baked cookies every day. We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly.

Friendly staff. Safe area. Good selection of local food within 10 min

outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading.

Friendly staff always sets the tone for your stay and we were pleased with the staff at this facility. The room was very new and modern and clean!

Enjoyed our 2- night stay here.

I travel to Battle Creek often and normally stay at another hotel. This trip they were booked, so went across the street to this hotel. GREAT stay!! I will always stay at this hotel now going forward. The staff is A and having a Starbucks in the lobby is an extra bonus!!!

Easy to find, has a pool and our stay was peaceful even if for just one night.

A very nice hotel! It was above and beyond what we could have ever expected. When we got there and checked in, the staff had even asked us what floor we wanted to stay on. We had never been asked that before. I was shocked. Very nice and clean rooms. We are not smokers. None of the rooms or hallways smelled like smoke. The staff was the friendliest staff I have ever met for working at a hotel. They had an inside pool. Very nice and clean. And the breakfast was great. They offered biscuits and...

The waffles were great but I would have appreciated some sort of protein (sausage, bacon, hard boiled eggs, yogurt). I have type 2 diabetes as I’m sure many of your guests do.

I was traveling alone and looking for something inexpensive for a quick overnight stay. This place exceeded my expectations. Very cheap but did not skimp on basics. Clean, comfortable room; nice staff; good breakfast and everything worked in room - TV, fridge, microwave, bathroom stuff. Outside seemed very safe and secure neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful establishment with wonderful employees

Super friendly staff and great peaceful sleep!

Friendly staff

This was our first time at this property. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities, the full kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, etc. The room was VERY clean; our number one concern. Beds comfortable and it was quite even though the hotel was full. The staff was exceptional; very nice and personable. Will definitely be returning whenever we are in Battle Creek, MI. This is now our go to spot.
