"The hotel itself was clean, and my family and I enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk representative was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, she did not greet us, and she did not acknowledge us when we left. Every day, when my family and I walked by the front desk, we would say “good morning” or “good afternoon,” but we were never greeted or acknowledged in return. When we checked out, she was having a conversation with a coworker and continued the conversation before assisting us. She did not say goodbye, thank us for staying, or offer any kind of farewell. The only thing she said was that we would receive an email with the receipt. The hotel was clean and enjoyable overall, but friendly and welcoming customer service is an important part of the guest experience. Unfortunately, the lack of basic courtesy from the front desk representative left us disappointed."

"Check in - the manager was very impersonal. We felt like we were bothering her. No greeting or anything. Elevator is scary, needs some work. Trash cans outside stuffed. Broken bottles and trash all around. The room was very nice and clean. A/C worked great. Breakfast bar was clean and well stocked. Would probably stay here again due to location and the rooms."

"My daughter in law left her prescription glasses, then checked out. She didn’t realize it until 10:30 pm that night. The desk clerk found the glasses in the room. We were so thankful for the extra step it took to find them since they were not in lost and found."

"My husband and I stayed the weekend for our anniversary. It was so peaceful. A nice little getaway but still close to town if you forgot things. The host had quick responses for our questions. Overall I was very pleased with our stay. The view was my favorite part. In the mornings and evenings."
