“smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. ”

“Wir waren über Pfingsten in dem Hotel, meine 2 Kinder und ich. Wir waren in einem 3 Bett Zimmer. Positiv war die Größe des Zimmer, Tiefgarage ( da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind), Personal an der Rezeption und Restaurant sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Frühstück okay. Negativ war das Badezimmer, abgenutzt, klein, beim Duschen hat man das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt, Kühlschrank war leider auch nicht da ( bei über 30 Grad hätte man gerne kühle Getränke gehabt), WLAN war die meiste Zeit kaum Empfang,……

“Le personnel est au top, serviable, agréable. Les 2 chambres étaient ok. Cependant il faudrait préciser sur votre site que vous ne faites plus restaurant. La literie est très bien. Cependant, et vous n'y pouvez rien, l'hotel est dans l'axe de l'aeroport et c'est un ballet permanent d'avion gros porteurs qui passent à, à peine 200 à 300 mètres au dessus de l'hotel avec un vacarme qui, cependant, s'arrête aux environs de 22h30 et reprend vers 6h00_6h30 du matin. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec……

“Did the job for 1 night as we were exhausted. But will never stay there again. It was dirty and we saw roaches. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but there were cigarette burns on the bed cover. Also, people live there long term. Will never stay there again”

“The hotel rooms are old and dark. It is in fact so far away in a small town. The worst part is the room. We were allocated to a room but it is completely different with what appeared on hotels.com. The room is dark and seems very very old fashioned and dated. Bed quilt covers are yellowish and very old. Bathtub is definitely from 80's. We then turned to the reception and ask (not argue).
