"Location, staff, and building condition were fantastic. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was very lacking. I stayed in two different rooms due to flight cancellations, and both had very dirty floors that had clearly not been cleaned. Second room still had all the dirty dishes from the last person. I was told by staff thanks for letting them know, they must have forgotten to QC the room. If you can get a clean room, you will love this property. "

"The difference between what is shown online vs in-person is significantly different. Our room was small, and seemed a bit rundown with a dirty desk chair and the mattress platforms had peeling molding with particle board exposed. Battery cover for the tv remote was missing, and the bathroom sink looked old and one faucet you had to find a neutral spot to stop the water flow. The corners of the floor at the shower were moldy. The breakfast bar was quite lacking and a woman was serving food with the same gloves she had been emptying the trash with… All in all, not a good experience for the money I paid."

"Phone Inoperative. Bathroom door wouldn't close without physical effort. 24/7 assistance not available in evening. Room not cleaned after first night. Tissue dispenser had two tissues - not refilled. Great shower, comfortable bed. "
