I think I was surprised by my greeting was the rules of the facility like it was my first day of prison .but it’s safe and quite and after 10 pm there wasn’t the normal drunk drift drama that plagues a lot of other hotels

We checked in for 8 days and the cost was almost $650.. Not bad at all so we thought. Check in a little after 3. No problem there however we werent told that we had to do our own towels and wash cloths and take out our trash or dont get any house keeping. We were on vacation for the dirt track racing so we didnt have time to do our own towels to be able to get showers everyday!! Seriously why was the cost so much for us not to have anything done! On top of that had to buy laundry soap and pay of course to use the washer and dryer! Yes there was a fridge and stove top in there but there was no utensils or pots to do anything.. Like i said no of this was said on the website when i booked months ago. I just feel like we got taken advantage of and it was totally unacceptable. My hubby wanted to check out the nxt day when we found all this out but i was scared we would lost the money and not get anywhere else to stay!! I definitely wouldnt recommend staying at the hotel if you actually have places to be and see… I’ve never been to a hotel where you had to do your own laundry ( towels, wash clothes) take your own trash out and get no house keeping what so ever!! Like i said we were at the dirt track so yes i feel like house keeping is a must!! I totally regret spending the money and staying there!!!

Place was clean but staff were terrible and one staff member was drunk and disorderly in the back of the property. He was off duty but when telling the office they said there was nothing they could do

Please inform your members this hotel does not take bookings for less than 1 week stay. They did not have the room we reserved and sent me an email the day of our arrival stating that and the fact that they do not accept bookings for less than 1 week. Our stay was going to be 4 nights. We had a 10 hour drive and I did not see the email until later that night. Talk about too little too late. Why did they accept our booking in the first place? They offered us 2 separate rooms for more than the price of the room I requested. Needless to say, we will never be back. Please warn your members of this.

I booked my stay in may through Expedia. 2 days before leaving for my trip in September I get a phone call from the manager that my reservation was cancelled because they are extended stay only. I had to pay double for a room for my vacation because all the hotels were sold out. Anything not sold out was overpriced. This should have been addressed months ago. I’ll never stay at that hotel Chain after this. Every time I use Expedia there is an issue
