“Room are smelly and with hundred of ants on the dining table, so scary! This is the first time I stay at Staybridge and it gives me very bad impression on this hotel.”

“Hotel was clean and decent. Wasn't worth the price we paid, but there was a big event in the area so prices spiked. Staff wasn’t very friendly. The front desk employee was playing games on a computer not paying any attention while 2 guests waited at the counter to check in. ”

“Twice they forgot to come and clean our room and take out the trash. The bed was terrible, every time you moved it sounded like a sonic boom going off due to the support thing used for the mattress. A/C was difficult at times to maintain. My husband got so hot he couldn’t sleep and we ended up leaving at three thirty in the morning instead of staying the other night we still had booked. Would never stay there again. Sorry.”

“The breakfast was good and convenient. We had a room where the water from the shower drained out to the rest of the bathroom. So our bathroom floor stayed soaked. I understand that this was a handicapped accessible room but they too could have benefitted from a dry bathroom floor and some drawers to put clothes in. Not one drawer and only 3 hangers. Alex was wonderful and helpful, and parking was convenient.”
