Staff was very friendly, room was very large and clean. Very quiet, except for my 1 yr old grandson that went crazy after being in the car seat for 4 hours, we arrived shortly after midnight. Excellent variety for breakfast, overall we had a great stay.

Perfect overnight stop

Very clean..accessing hotel going north was a bit tricky. Can access behind hotel from road. Staff super friendly, polite and accomodating. Breakfast was hot, had plenty of options and well stocked. Bed and pillows super comfortable. I would book again

It wasn’t the hotels fault. It was hotel.com I made a reservation, tried to cancel it through you guys and told me you were looking into it and never got a response.

Great stay

The bed was comfortable. The room was quite. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The employees was upbeat and friendly. We did have a leak at the faucet and they did know about it, so not sure why it was not fixed yet. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Maintenance issues in my original room and I was offered a room change. Please note: I am not a coffee drinker so didn’t notice until the morning I checked out, but room 209 has a coffee maker but no coffee pot.

Friendly and helpful

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. After checking out, I realized I inadvertently left a couple items in the room. The stay was very helpful and gave the items to me when I drove back to get them. I appreciated that they took the time to look when so many other folks would've just just said, "we didn't see anything" so many thanks for taking the extra effort.

Likes: Location, quiet, large room, comfortable bed. Dislikes: Bathroom was not very clean and mold was evident. Tub filled with water before finished with showers and sink was clogged. The hotel has recently experienced some flooding on the ground level so some construction work was happening, but that did not affect our stay.

Good nights sleep

Checked in late. The front desk acknowledged me and within a couple of minutes was on the elevator to the room. Several spots on the carpet, and bathroom door needed some attention. It was a decent stay but the price was a bit high for what I got. Breakfast was good.

Good, yet needs improvement

Hotel was very clean with updated decorating. Exception was no breakfast attendant. We arrived at 8:15am with small portion of eggs and 3 sausages left. Thw counter needed to be wiped off from customer spills

Cleveland trip

Hotel has nice and clean rooms. No one was at front desk for checking. Had to call hotel number and get someone. Only one guy doing other things. Might be because they can’t find workers. Could use more parking
