The positives: good staff at the office, the hotel was very clean and the location is perfect! However if you have a walking disability this is not the best choice. There are 3 steps at the front door and 4 plus 5 to get to the breakfast room. I (a senior ) had to carry the walker up the breakfast room stairs and then come down and help my wife. If you have a wheelchair or scooter it would be impossible to access. The other negative was the safe was in the cupboard on the floor. It was very awkward! To access the safe I had to lie on the floor! We have never seen that!

Very nice hotel. Second time I stayed I had a room that was upholstered in deep magenta. It just felt a little dated. All very clean but the hotel is across the street from a music/event property. Noise ends at a reasonable hour but can be annoying because it is constant.

Very quirky eco property, staff were very feiendly and helpful. Extremely convenient to almost all attractions, including Tivoli, Hop on Hop off and Rosenberg castle. Would definitely stay again

Very central location. Clean hotel. Generally good quality. Negatives were around the room really. Slightly cramped layout, beds weren’t very comfortable and the shower took too long to drain so leaked water into the bathroom.

The single room was very small for the price with two small windows. Overall hotel was nice and breakfast was very good. However the noise from the open air venue opposite was extremely loud from Thursday to Saturday...and my room was on the opposite side.
