“Habitación limpia y confortable”

“Front office didn’t have nobody there. Had to call and wait for someone to arrive. Got to the room and didn’t have towels. Had to call again and wait for them to come back. Asleep next morning at 8am an employee just opens the room and starts to enter. Horrible experience.”

“We made a reservation around 9 PM on Saturday the 22nd and it was accepted and booked for that night. We made the reservation through Expedia. We arrived at the Wintergarden Inn in Crystal City TX around 10 PM. The office was closed so we called the Inn's after hours phone number but no one answered.
