“Our family room was clean comfortable and spacious. Check in was seamless and the pub/bar area Is great. We had breakfast and the full English was one of the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommend if you’re going to stay in the area. ”

“Room was clean, bathroom clean, lovely fluffy white towels. Enough packing places in the car park. Breakfast was lovely and fresh, only found out on our second day of stay that I could have requested a tea pot. I also suggested instead of bowls with marmalade/jam, could small pots be provided to put the jam into. Two complaint, one resolved, we only had one bedside lamp on the first night, I let reception k ow and on the second day a second lamp was delivered. Main complaint was the the TV……

“I booked the Maze Apartments because it was so close to the venue for the Campfire Country Music Festival and it was spot on. Being only 5 mins walk to the park was great! When we arrived we got a parking spot in the car park under the Apartments and it was FREE! The lady on reception was nice and friendly and advised us we had been given an upgrade!! The room was great. Large, spacious with all the amenities you could need. The bathroom was small but clean with a shower, basin and toilet. The……

“What a great find. Cave Castle is a lovely hotel and the staff are amazing. I contacted the hotel a few days before with some requests regarding my wife as she has mobility issues. One was for the room to be on the ground floor or close to the lift and the other was for extra pillows as my wife has to sleep upright.
