“best property .. enjoyed stay and staff is very helpful”

“Staff were lovely. Room was very poor value for the money .£120 per night. No desk to work on laptop. ”

“Our accommodation was in a block beside the castle. The window was painted shut, beds were poor, a long walk to toilets and showers and no facilities in the room. The restaurant was closed. I'm ex military and have seen better army barracks.”

“The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.”

“We stayed here for one night in the oriental suite, which was huge and more like a small flat with separate sitting area. The hosts were very helpful and informative through out our stay. Breakfast items were provided in the fridge in the room which we liked! It is located in a nice area close to all amenities. We would stay again and maybe try a different room next time.”

“The Inn was in good order, the staff were pleasant and efficient. Our evening meal was good and the choices available were good. The room was clean and tidy although small. The wash basin was inconveniently small and we were unable to get hot water out of the tap ; we ran it for a long time but it remained stubbornly cold! I resorted to boiling the kettle so that I could shave. The hot water supplied to the shower was okay. The Saturday night entertainment was very loud and appeared to be……

“Our room was clean and comfortable, we even had an iron and ironing board which was very useful. Hairdryer was good, lovely body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. Good quality bedding and towels. The staff were very courteous and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had an evening meal which was very good, very generous portions and good quality. The breakfasts were excellent. The car park has quite a few steep steps down to reception but it is possible to walk around the road and it’s……

“During the past week I have had two stays at this hotel. The first as a loan lady traveller and the second with my husband. On my first visit I had had a terrible day and when I checked in I found my room was not to my liking - a personal thing, the room was beautiful but I just didn't feel comfortable. I spoke to the lovely Rhys on reception who was really kind and understanding. He did his very best for me, contact Kate the Manager and sorting me out with one that was exceptional, definitely……

“Nice little B&B a few yards from the course at Clyne. Small but well appointed twin rooms and a delicious full breakfast served in the clubhouse. Staff and members very hospitable and all four in our party very pleased and would happily stay again. ”
