The room was disgusting bed was full of bed bugs was absolutely horrible did not sleep one minute

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Booked two rooms for my daughter’s graduation-but unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience for the entire family. Firstly only one lift in the hotel was working I spent more time waiting for the lift or climbing the stairs to the 9th floor then I did in the hotel room Secondly the AC in my daughters room was not working- it was only fixed on the second day Thirdly the so called secure car park is located a few minutes away from the hotel and it is not guaranteed and as the lady at the reception told me it might be full - so on checking it was full - so in the end I had to pay for a few hours in a separate car park and it was only later on in the evening I found a space in the car park and obviously we didn’t move the car for the two nights in case we lost the space - but guess what the hotel still took the money for the full 48 hours even though I paid for private parking for a few hours and was also using uber since I was afraid of losing my parking space So overall a very unpleasant experience at the hotel -please in future ensure all your guests are given the correct information and do not end up with sore knees climbing up and down the stairs If I had known all these issues with the hotel prior to going I would have immediately cancelled
