“The hotel shows pictures like a beach front hotel but you have to walk on a narrow street to the end of the road to go to the beach. The breakfast have three choices of breakfast but the “American coffee” doesn’t come with milk it’s an extra charge if you wanted light. “Precioso lugar, calmo, muy cuidadoso, rodeado de vegetación y pájaros y mariposas. Las instalaciones están impecables y todo es cómodo: la cama, la ducha, la temperatura. La habitación que alquilamos incluye una cocinita y una pequeña mesa en la que se pueden preparar alimentos. En la parte exterior cuenta con césped, hamacas, bancos de madera para sentarse... Un pequeño oasis. Además la atención brindada por la propietaria es excelente.”

“El personal y los servicios. En cuanto llegamos querían cobraron alegando que la tarifa de plataforma estaba mal ya que yo les había escrito por Whatsapp y me quería cobrar el triple. Yo reserve para mi esposo, mis hijos de 13 y 12 y yo ya que me indicaron por Whatsapp que los menores de 10 no pagaban y llevé a mis bebés de 3 y 2 años. Al llegar querían cobrarnos por dos más. Fatal. Al reclamar nos hicieron perder tiempo en recepción la recepcionista fue a llamar aparte al jefe y bueno dijeron……
