“It was such a lovely and cozy cabin, made even more special with the relaxing hot tub. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches—like the charming duck collection and the variety of board games—which added so much character and made our stay extra enjoyable. Every little detail showed how much care was put into creating a welcoming and comfortable space”

“I only utilized the downstairs bed and it was comfortable. I cooked most of my meals. The location, for me, was wonderful: in an old forest. Lovely! ”

“Beautiful, scenic and peaceful location. We enjoyed our time on the deck, soaking in some sun, chatting with the neighbor and watching the goslings and wild bunnies. Only on suggestion would be to secure the top if the handrail and maybe add a short length at the bottom landing. We would love for a longer return stayCheers”

“This is a really fantastic vacation rental. The listing is super accurate - it’s an older place, with lots renovated. Bathrooms are great, and the living/dining/kitchen all being open to each other is fantastic. The real star however is the views, deck, and hot tub. You would be really hard pushed to find a better view in a vacation property. Really clear view of mount baker. Sit and watch fishermen and otters go by. Walk down to the water and take a dip in the ocean. It’s idyllic. Easy access...

“The home is great. Easy check-in and out. Nice and clean. Bathrooms are nice and updated with great showers. Kitchen and laundry were well-stocked. Nice kayaks, SUPs and a pedal boat to use. The fire-pit was a hit. The only minor drawback is the number of stairs down from the parking are to the house. People with limited mobility will struggle with the stairs. Otherwise the property is perfect. We would be happy to stay there again. The views and ambiance cannot be beaten.”

“My partner and I had a great time at the heron's nest treehouse. The listing was like the picture and we were thankful for the heads up about the fridge being very small so we brought a cooler for our food. The communication with the property manager Jackie was punctual and she let us know everything ahead of time. The treehouse overall was very remote and quiet and both of us enjoyed the property!”
