"The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!"

"The hot breakfast meals were not available till next weekend but had enough with the bagels, cereal, and instant oatmeal. the vanilla yogurt had a weird after taste but the condiments were perfect (walnuts, craisins etc). Check in was very easy. My daughters room didn't have the sheets for the pullout bed and the service people were not available to bring her them so had to go down to the front desk to get them. which wouldn't be a problem but being a single mom had to ask someone else to get them so she didn't have to bring her children with her."
