"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their attention to detail truly made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day. The location is also perfect—convenient, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to explore. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. "Staff were great. Room was cute and clean though my shower door had a bit coming off the door but it don’t cause too much of an issue. In a great location near the train station and tram/bus link straight into town if you don't wanna walk the 10 minutes. Would stay again if I’m ever in Salzburg. "
