“Be Careful With This Hotel! I was charged $20 for two towels that I never had because the staff never left them in my room. Now, they are charging me for towels I never received. I have tried contacting the hotel three times to resolve this issue, but no one has helped me. Every time I call, they tell me the manager will call me back, but I have never received a call. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Be careful when staying at this hotel, because they may charge you for towels……
