“My wife and I wanted to find a place that allowed dogs on the beach, we have a 1 year old Dachshund Shirley. Let me say the Cozy Cottage met all of our needs, the place was amazing! We loved the access to the beach from the property, it was a very quiet and peaceful area, we absolutely loved it and will be back again! Thank you so much Yesenia you’re awesome! ”

“I booked this property due to the close proximity to my son’s tournament. It turned out to be so much more than a convenient location! It is an absolutely beautiful home and property, full of nature. It is so much bigger than it appears and is immaculately clean. The beach is less than a minute walk across the street and is perfect for long walks. We loved that is was a horshoe crab sanctuary, and did our part to flip any crabs that were turned over due to a storm. We hope to stay here again if...

“We had such a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location is absolutely perfect — just one block from the beach, which made it super easy to walk back and forth throughout the day. It was so nice not having to worry about parking or lugging beach gear too far.The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were wonderful — super helpful, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We had such a memorable trip and can’t wait to come back...

“Our family of 5 and our dog stayed at the cottage the week of July 4th and had an amazing time. The beach is a natural beach so the sand isn't as clean, however we found that meant a lot more shells to collect! We have stayed in DE at various rentals and this was one of our favorites. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn't have to worry about having seasonings or the right cookware because it was all there for us. The location is amazing and we really enjoyed being able to run back and forth...

“Nancy’s cottage is so charming and has such a warm, comfy feel to it. The beds and couch/love seat were all so comfortable and can’t beat the location, steps to the beach and to restaurants/shops in Dewey. My favorite restaurant, Woody’s (best crab cakes ever!) at end of street. The cottage has so many nice touches including a wall magnifying mirror in bathroom for my aging eyes!
