"The house was perfect for us, tucked just behind the dunes so it was plenty private, but so close to a quiet stretch of beach that it was easy to just wander out for a walk before (and after) breakfast. The house itself is really nicely put together - cozy, clean, and well appointed with lots of convenient little touches. We would absolutely stay again!"

"The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. The porch is lovely with wrap around screened in windows, we did not use the bed in this space but a nice mostly private option for those who may need it. Very mermaid themed for all mermaid lovers."

"From the booking all the way to check out was an excellent experience. The home is even better than the pictures & communication was prompt and above helpful. Everything you think you may need in a home is here. We stayed with our 2 teenage sons for a lacrosse tournament. It was nice to not be in the middle of all the chaos near the fields, but close enough to get to the boardwalk. The owner has a binder with information on local restaurants, things to do, etc. The only thing that put us off was...

"This adorable and nicely decorated cottage has just about everything you need. Plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. We spent a lot of time on the large deck with a great view of the bay. Robin was very easy to communicate with and replied promptly to our questions. It’s nice that beach chairs and umbrellas are available. We forgot to bring insect repellent and had to leave the beach early one day because of biting insects. Other than that we had a great time!"

"Our stay was just perfect and we could not of asked for more. Comfortable beds and furniture, nice and clean! Very close to the sports fields my daughter played at would highly recommend. If we are ever back in the area this is the first place I will look at for availability. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The location of this home is everything. Water views in all directions, a quiet secluded street, neighbors but great bars and restaurants are just 15 minutes away. I fell in love with the little town of Milton. We celebrated my son’s 1st birthday with a long weekend and it was just perfect for him. Slide the sofa over on the deck to block the exit and you have a baby proof play area while you kick back and relax. The beach was a little messy when we were there and it was rainy so he didn’t get...
