“The pictures online reflect when a room was recently renovated, but the room we were assigned was not. The room had an odor, the carpeting was ripped in multiple places, the walls were dingy and cracked. The bottom of the bathroom door was heavily chipped and the door didn’t lock. We had a non-smoking room, but our room was located right above a smoking station. The free breakfast consisted of cereal, toast, mini-muffins and coffee, which was ok for 1 night but not sufficient for multiple days.……

“We had rented two adjoining Bayside rooms. Bedsheets had stains in one room. The other room had numerous stains on the rug. Ceiling shows bad patching and paint was old and yellow. Otherwise not bad for a place to just sleep and pass through. Price was unreasonably high but expected for prime season. All rentals in the beach areas of Delaware sky rocketed this year compare to last year rates at the same time.”

“My family and I stayed three nights, the checking in was a bit confusing as you need to call a number, then finish your check in, in the small room at the front of the property over the phone. The beds were comfortable but the window has no view unless you want to show everyone what you’re doing. The room was somewhat clean, in a few places there was dust collected. I wish at least they would put a chair to seat on, only beds to seat on. Also a few extra hooks to hang towels or bags would have……

“房间条件还可以，有厨房，但设施一般般，晚上到的，前台已经关闭，需要到隔壁另外酒店的前台办理入住，第一次的房间靠马路，比较吵，后来换了一间还可以。”

“NEVER STAY HERE!!! When we were waiting in the “lobby” (basically a broom closet) to get checked in, there were bugs (maybe fleas?) crawling up our legs, it smelled and the walls were streaked with some unknown but smelly substance. As we were walking out, the front desk person came out and said he didn’t have any rooms for the night. I told him that I reserved, he said they had no rooms, meaning they overbooked anyways. We went to the Red Roof in up the street and had a wonderful stay,……

“Everything was great, the only thing was that it would be even better if perhaps you can add a toaster at some point… property was clean, staff was reallly nice and helpful!!!! A smooth check-in, I hope to come back soon!!!!!!!”
