“I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one……

“The staff, all the staff, were polite and respectful. However, in our room, there were 2 lamps that did not have bulbs. I asked for two light bulbs, but was told that only the manager had those and he was not in. Therefore we had very little light because the curtain cords were not connected to the automatic opener. The faucet in the tub put three times as much water in the tub than we had in the shower head. We probably won’t stay there in the future.”
