“Olivia made my stay the nicest. She was very informative and very helpful and very nice. I don’t understand how they could let go good employees. It doesn’t make any sense. I’m planning on staying there next year but I will check the reviews to see if they keep up the same level that I had this time.”

“Cute and Cozy! The property had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the property owners was great. Clear expectations for check-out. Clear directions on literally everything to do with the property. If we are ever in Dyersville for another Field of Dreams Tournament, this will be the only property we would want to stay at. “Looking for a large property in the Central City area, we were delighted with The Guest House - beautiful, quiet and serene. Rosemary is a wonderful host and provided everything one could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Even my 3 young-adult grandsons thought the property was "way cool"! We had traveled there for my mother's funeral; and afterwards it was such a relief to kick back "at home". Thank you, Rosemary. You'll definitely hear from me the next time we're traveling to my old home……

“Absolutely a great place to stay. Host was great, let us us check in a little earlier, and check out a little later. We were here for a wedding nearby. There was a beautiful porch with comfy chairs overlooking a beautiful lake. We enjoyed our morning coffee there. Not one complaint or concern here!”

“Apartment was as advertised. Very nice. One suggestion- bathroom and bedroom doors squeak could use some WD-40. Location was great except for having to park a little over a block away a couple of times.”
