About this property

Chic Denver Tech studio

  • Our place is located at the popular Denver Tech Center area. It is a guest suite adjacent to our main home. It has its own entrance and is located on the main level (not basement). We recently renovated it to make it look modern, chic and cozy. It has a queen size bed and an additional queen size (pullout) sleeper. The kitchen is equipped with a medium size refrigerator, cook top, dishwasher and a convection microwave oven. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, high speed internet and Xfinity cable with hundreds of channels. A beautiful park with a playground and trail is located behind the home for outdoor activities. The guest suite is also in walking distance to Fiddlers Green Amphitheater, a short drive to Park Meadows Mall with a great shopping and dining experience. Other nearby places of interest include Top Golf, Centennial Airport, Sky Ridge Hospital/Medical Center, and many more shopping/restaurant options. We are also in walking distance of a local brewery and a health food grocery store. The home is in between the Arapahoe RTD light rail station and the Dry Creek Station; 30 minutes on the train will bring you to downtown Denver.

Great place for overnight stay

My family enjoyed our 2 night stay. It was the perfect location with quick access to so many things. Everything we needed was furnished and extra touches like laundry soap and dish soap were nice to have on hand when we arrived. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a home away from home place to land.

Great Place and Great Location!

This little getaway is perfect for a small family, couples, or solo travelers. Very quiet neighborhood. Great park and trail behind the house as my friend that came to visit me brought her daughter one day and she just Loved that little park. One of the nicest places I've stayed at hands down. Will stay here again on every business trip when available!

Perfect Location for Fiddler's Green

Came for a weekend concert and some hiking. This was a perfect location for Fiddler's Green as well as Red Rocks Park and shopping. Accommodations were as described and host was great about communication.

Clean, quiet - a great stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The check-in was so easy, the communication very fast, and nice touches (including built-in USB port for charging our phones on the bedside table, and water bottles in the fridge for us - very helpful on our hikes!) It was the perfect getaway spot for us. Thank you!

Great Stay

This was our first time in Colorado, so we just picked randomly where to stay. And it ended up being perfect!! The place was very clean and the neighborhood was so quiet. It’s close to the highway which is very convenient. Overall we had a great stay and would love to come back!

Denver Studio Great Location

Chose this property for it’s location and price. Very clean and well equipped for a pleasant stay and overall very happy with our choice. Only complaint was the bedding which really needs to be replaced and upgraded as the mattress too soft.

Perfect

This property was set up nicely, everything was great and comfortable. My husband and godson stayed there 2 nights because of a medical procedure my godson needed that was in the area. They loved the location and ease of getting there and being able to relax after his procedure. Thanks for a great time. Would highly recommend.

Amazing!

Check in was flawless, we got to Denver a little early, and the property was ready with contactless check in. The neighborhood was so cute and safe. Lots of friendly neighbors walking dogs and saying hello. Bunnies in the yard would greet us when we got back everyday. The property is close to everything, but not in a busy area. The property was very clean, and the little additions, like water in the refrigerator made our stay great. We didnt need to contact the property owner durinf our stay, because we had everything we needed. Even a first aid kit in the cabinet when we had a curling iron incident. Lol. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a place to stay.

One of our favorite VRBO's yet!

My daughter's (ages 23 and 15) and I absolutely loved this little studio apartment for our adventures in Denver. Our 1st MLB game and the Taylor Swift concert. Here's what they told me to write. *There's bunnies. LOL! There really were. We counted 5 or 6 of them up and down the street when we got back way late both nights. *It's 1000% safe. *It was super close to the rail system. We parked our car there for 12 hours when we rode into Denver that day and felt comfortable leaving it and felt safe waiting there for the train and coming back at 2AM. *It was well stocked. We were super grateful for the "squeezy" sunscreen in the cupboard because we found out that the Colorado Rockies don't allow spray sunscreen in the stadium. (eyeroll- Go Yankees!) *The kitchen was perfect. We always travel with our own food. *The hide-away bed and the queen size bed were both comfy. And now my 15 year old is convinced she needs her own studio apartment "just like it". I'd also add that it's in a great part of town with super easy access to the freeway and good shopping and restaurants near. If we ever come back to Denver we'll definitely stay here!

Clean, Convenient, and Quiet

We had a great stay here! The space was VERY clean—not huge, but definitely spacious enough for a comfortable trip. While we didn’t use the kitchen much, it was well equipped, and I really appreciated that. The interior is thoughtfully designed, and the location is peaceful yet conveniently located for exploring Denver, whether heading downtown or out to Red Rocks. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great for short business stay

This has all of the things needed for a good business stay. We bought new pillows so they are there now. Bed could be better.
