“Staff are very nice. The rooms were quite clean. Our room was on the lowest floor so the way up to reception was a bit of a hike but managable. They do charge for water after the first complementary water bottles. The view is beautiful. Great for touring Cappadocia if you're renting a car. Parking is super close too. Lighting in the rooms and washrooms is pretty dim. ”

“酒店很早就發訊息給我們確定我們的行程，之後一直幫我們安排在卡帕多奇亞的節目。服務超級貼心，我們完全不用擔心交通和時間安排，全部節目（包括熱氣球、red/green tour、turkish night、騎馬）有接駁巴來往，很適合第一次來卡帕多其亞旅行的旅客。我們很多行程都是臨時起意的，包括熱氣球也因為天氣原因在第一天沒有去成，但酒店員工的應對都很迅速，即日就幫我們預訂了明天的熱氣球，省去了很多溝通的麻煩，nice job！ 房間也很舒適漂亮，我們很喜歡按摩浴缸和陽台的觀景，外面看出去ortahisar castle及周圍的景觀一覽無遺，一天的疲勞過後泡上一個美美的泡泡浴，開罐啤酒吹下冷風chill上一會，像是為一天宣告完美的落幕。酒店也設有外賣服務，如果太累不想出去，完全可以在房間scan qr code下單，非常貼心。總的來説無可挑剔，完美服務，舒適享受！”

“Just OK. Would not stay again. Pros: Clean Good location Staff cordial but not very friendly. Cons: Does not resemble the marketing pictures. No robe (shown in all the pictures) No down Duvet (just cheap synthetic duvet... Which would be fine if they hadn't advertised a down Duvet) No scrub loofah as shown in pictures as part of the toiletries offering. Not decorated and designed as the pictures show. My first room (2days)was very small with very low light……

"We had an amazing experience at Ada Cave Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism made us feel very welcome. Everyone—from the front desk to the breakfast staff—was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of offering us the welcome fruit again after we initially missed it—it was a lovely touch. Communication via WhatsApp was seamless, making it very convenient for us. We’re also grateful for the prompt assistance when we forgot our towel after check-out, and we want to thank the cleaning staff for their help. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing how much the hotel cares for the local cats. Meeting the beautiful long-haired cat and spotting the pregnant calico on your IG posts warmed our hearts. It’s wonderful to see the kindness extended to the animals in the area. Overall, it was a memorable stay that exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love to return in the future!"
