“We felt we found a gem. It is a beautiful house very close to downtown . The house have everything you needed , two bedroom two bath and spacious kitchen living room plus washer dryer. It is everything you needed it to feel like a Home. Excellent communication with the host Andrea , she replied text in the second always. She also gave us great recommendation for what to do on the islands , it made our life very easy and we saw everything we need to see by her recommendation. We like this place……

“This is a 6 star place. The host left a variety of welcome items, beautiful plush robes and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. We loved the location, absolutely walkable and safe area. It was so easy to communicate with host and we loved the place and would stay there again.”

“El lugar muy bonito, atención muy buena, la habitación limpia pero no contaba con agua caliente. El problema radica en que el aplicativo mandaba a que la ubicación estaba cerca a la playa y resulta que estaba mucho más lejos. Lo cual nos complicó el itinerario, si bien la anfrtioma buscó medios de como resolverlo al final genera mucha insatisfacción para usuarios del app(entendiendo que fue un problema de app).”

“This place was great in so many ways. It was clean, the location is amazing, and it was nice to have a washer/dryer. The biggest problems were check in/out and transportation. We were promised a ride both to and from the airport, but the drivers were 40 min late when we arrived with no communication about whether they would show up or not, and our host was unreachable. What's worse, however, is our drivers were again 30 min late on checkout when we had to be at the airport. Again with no……

“We had a very nice time staying at Torre Mar. It was very conveniently located. We were 5 families...me (the mom) and my 4 kids, their spouses and 6 grandkids. Everyone had their own "suite". The advertising is a little confusing. I thought we were renting a "home", and then realized it was an apartment/hotel....but as I said, it was very nice for each family to have private space. The owner John was very friendly, although we did have some miscommunication issues, which is interesting……

“Beautiful place! Loved sitting on the couch watching the waves, sea lions and iguanas. The accommodations were very comfortable and there were many little added details that made our stay extra special.”

Location is perfect, off the tourist path, and easy to access by any taxis in Puerto Arroyo (just say you want to go to Parque Cascada). Groceries are available anywhere near the house, better produce quality found in the shops on Baltra Ave. Property manager is easy to communicate with and responds instantly.”

“The house was great, close to bakery and restaurants. We liked the outdoor shower area to rinse our snorkeling gear. We enjoyed the outdoor area, the hammocks and porch.”
