“Great location on the quiet side of the island with shallow water great for kids and people who are not strong swimmers. The hotel staff and local Neibour’s were amazing definitely worth it everything you need just ask the staff”

“overall is ok to stay. we had good sleep. but there are things need to be updated like window blinds, kitchen utensils, and there should be some microwave safe bowls, hand soaps.”

“Some of my experience here wasn't the hotel's fault. But they are redoing a major part of the road and getting in and out was an absolute nightmare, but that would have been the case with just about any place about 5km in either direction. It would have been nice if they could have at least warned us that this was the case. The room itself was as advertised, clean enough, and small. But we were going out most of the day so we just needed a place to sleep and it did that. The little beach front……

“Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. House and neighborhood was nice. ”
