“The studio is perfect. We stayed with our dog, and they had a water bowl out for him and everything. The fenced yard was so convenient and sure beats having to get dressed, go down the elevator, and take your dog on a walk outside a hotel first thing in the morning. We’ll be back!”

“Bare bones rental. Kitchen is ill equipped. No cutting board, no baking sheets, no kitchen towels, no wine or bottle opener (I went and bought my own cutting board and wine key which I left for the next renter). No blankets in living area, no extra blankets in bedrooms. House has a bit of a weird smell, I bought a candle, would suggest you do the same if you’re going to be around the house for more than sleeping. Patio furniture has no cushions, and it’s wicker so not really comfortable to sit……

“This is a perfect home away from home...it is truly cozy as the name says and the artwork and murals are beautiful. It is on a quiet street but very accessible to downtown, trails, and the UGA campus. My only regret was not being able to spend more time in the house due to my daughter's UGA orientation schedule. We would definitely stay again!”

“This was a charming place surprisingly close to grocery stores. The bedrooms were clean, kitchen was great and a lot of the rooms had tvs. The washer and dryer looked new but we never used them. Lots of bathrooms and the fire pit was great. A nice place I’d return to. ”
