“This is the perfect location for a family adventure in Ouray. Right across from hot springs. Towels ready and available to walk across for swimming. With this place’s 4 levels the preschool kids have a blast with hide and seek. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Balcony is right off dining rm. so great views of Ouray Mtns to enjoy. Plenty of room to spread out and very clean two and a half bathrooms. Convenient to walk up Main Street but it is uphill. ”

“Fake fig tree was completely covered in dust, cobwebs on ceilings, dead bugs in light switch Could not sit in chairs by lake there was too much junk, high grass in the way. Gas tanks not secure on outside appliances. Coffee was in jug that had been used by others , so was sugar. When people were upstairs there was a lot of noise, scraping furniture”

“Easy check in. Great communication. Clean room. Be prepared to walk upstairs. Rooms are on 2nd floor. decor is older but clean and comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. Coffee and ice cream shop down stairs. Owners run these shops too. Super friendly. The soaking pools are downstairs...Wonderful after a day exploring the mountains. Town is very walkable. Lots of shops, restaurants and a small grocery store with all the basics we needed. Would definitely stay……

“Very miss leading. Photos show larger cabin, when it was a small one that we were actually put into. This would have been fine had there been a working toilet, shower that got warmer than luke warm, and a bed that was softer than the ground. The smell of cat pee throughout the cabin and mildew in the bathroom didn’t make a 300$+ stay any better. Definitely don’t recommend. Wouldn’t go back unless the cabins actually had some minimal fixing up and cleaned to a higher standard.”
