The house is very cozy and provides everything you need from self-catering accommodation. Walkers can plan their routes directly from the farm or with just a short drive have plenty of other options. “A luxury cottage in a beautiful setting. Tastefully furnished with a pretty garden. Unfortunately the countryside setting wasn’t that peaceful as sporadically two very loud men were working on restoring some vintage double decker buses in the adjoining barn - language and diesel fumes not so welcome.”

“If you love a peaceful country retreat then this is for you. Wildlife all around. The owner could not be more helpful. Peacocks at the back door herds of dear and flocks of amazing rheas much better than advertised. You do need a car with good clearance for the track through the forest but it's worth it as it all ads to the amazing adventure. Thank you once again to our host Martin who meets guests at the gate to lead you through the forest.”

“One word describes our wonderful barn experience..Utopia! Excellent quiet location looking out over fields of sheep. Very attentive hosts there on site if you need them. Log burner was fab during the chilly November nights making for a very cosy experience...in fact so cosy we had to crack open a window on occasion. Kitchen so well equipped it was home from home as owners had thought of everything along with luxury bathrooms. It was spotless ...very tastefully decorated too. Thank you...we will……
