The handicapped accessible room we had booked in February was not available when we tried to check in. We had to find another hotel after a long flight, more expensive but much nicer. Original hotel tried to charge a no show fee and it took two days for your agents to get it refunded. Terrible experience!!!

Property is old and has not been maintained. I asked for my room to be made daily. It was not . Towels etc were not replaced. Shower faucet was loose and needed maintenance. Last day we had no hot water !

I would not recommend this hotel on my worst enemy. The property was dirty inside and outside, drains in rooms where blocked, rooms where not cleaned, lights did not work, to be honest this hotel should be closed and remodeled.This is a terrible reflection on Wyndham which is an excellent company something needs to be done ASAP!!

The staff was great. The pool, though small, was a great outlet for the kids. Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was discovering the exit doors didn't lock. I suddenly felt unsafe.
