"Stayed at the River Ness Hotel and it was amazing all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Even organised a trip on Loch Ness and booked a taxi for us.Beautiful and clean everywhere and bed was so so comfortable didn’t want to get up😊especially with black out curtains..
Everything is on the doorstep with some amazing bars with live music , all the shops are close by as is the railway station and bus station ..Can’t rate this hotel enough and we will definitely be back again.Thank you for everything including my partners birthday card and chocolates it was very kind ..

"Loch Ness Inn has found the balance of maintaining the charm without sacrificing modern amenities. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Our favourite part was having breakfast downstairs in the morning à la carte. And the Internet connection was much stronger than other places we have stayed. "

"Staff was helpful and communicative. We caught on a closed road, and realized we weren't going to make check in, we looked at our phone to contact them, and they had already reached out before check in closed and made arrangements for us. Took a load off while sitting in traffic.
