“Hard to fault this! We went in early December so both the hotel, airport and nearby area were rather empty; when it came to check out we were allowed to keep the room and stay in the resort with all the food and dinner for the day until we were ready to head to head to the airport in the evening. “For a 5 star hotel, the rooms were not great. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and they put me in a room that was as far as possible from reception. It made no sense, considering the very few people staying at the hotel. The first receptionist had terrible customer service. “Pour moi il y a un vrai problème de literie le matelas était dure ,j'ai passé une semaine avec une barre dans le bas du dos... Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil on m'a dit qu'on allait faire le nécessaire mais j'ai quand même un doute sur le fait qu'ils aient fait quoi que ce soit... J'ai fait énormément de voyage mais c'est la première fois que j'ai aussi mal dormi ça a gâché mes vacances et toute envie d'y retourner ! ”

“Jag blev väldigt besviken på mitt besök på Yadis Djerba Thalasso. Redan vid incheckningen möttes jag av ett mycket dåligt bemötande i receptionen – personalen var otrevlig, nonchalant och verkade inte alls intresserad av att hjälpa till.
