I will start with the most important for me which is cleanliness and how comfortable it is, and I have to say they are doing a great job about that. We only stayed 1 night. The hotel seemed like a fancy business-type hotel, which is not what I was looking for, but I was so pleasantly surprised how well cleaned and comfortable the room and the bathroom was. We are a family of five and the most important for me was comfortable and a clean room. They did have an issue with air conditioning in one of the rooms, and we had to switch rooms with my husband because he can not handle Bulgarian heat without proper conditioning. The bathroom was also well cleaned and nice, there was one thing that was just a bit annoying and that was the tub and the side piece of glass, which didn't prevent from water getting on the floor and it wasn't pleasant, but that is an issue with most hotels in Bulgaria I think. Unfortunately we couldn't eat at the restaurant which was only open for events apparently, and I had a different impression. Not a lot of food options close by, which is not the fault of the hotel of course. There is a restaurant with free delivery called Happy. We ordered from there and the food was delivered in a timely manner and the delivery guy was polite.
