“Poor service. Dirty rooms. One room was filthy and smelt of oil the second wasn't much better. Asked for a refund as we hadn't been there more than 15 minutes and were told that the receptionist didnt have authority and we'd have to call the manager who had left. We've been touring the area for 10 days and this was the worst hotel by a long way. We ended up driving another 120 miles to our next reserved hotel and paid for an extra night.”

“Our room was very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed either in the room or provided by the staff. Breakfast was excellent- lots of choices and very fresh. We did not use the pool or hot tub during our stay. I would definitely stay again when in Douglas. ”
