"Excellent location for cruises. They were really on top of a needed room change due to construction next door. Free shuttle to cruise port. Close to eating places, River Walk, river taxi, free streetcar. Excellent breakfast included."

"We were disappointed with the facility due to cleanliness, musty air and the pool being broken for an indefinite period. We feel the pictures online did not equal reality. We quickly needed to find another hotel and we appreciate the managers professionalism in handling this issue."

"The staff were extremely friendly! Room was clean however our sink has some hair in the bowl upon arrival seems like it wasn’t cleaned prior. Outdoor pool is not HEATED so keep in mind if planning a late night swim! Bar area near the pool was under maintenance there was no bar available on the property extremely upsetting. Breakfast wasn’t the best thing ever. Bush gardens and Yingling brewery is walkable distance which is a plus if planning to attend :) will not be staying here again! "
